Domestic orders may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a store credit.
Domestic returns for a store credit will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns (both Domestic and International) of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. 
We ask that you wear underwear when trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items over 14 days will not be accepted for a store credit.
We do size exchanges but not reference or style.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
All returns are refunded via store credit. Returns of products marked "final sale will not be
accepted. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

  1. Email us explaining the return reason. You will need your order number and email address associated with your order. Please contact us if you cannot find your invoice. Attaching pics is perfect for dealing with your problem.
  2. We will provide you with a return address.
  3. Please use the return address we provided to return the garment. After returning the garment, please send us a copy of your tracking number or return receipt. (We will not beresponsible for the return shipping)
  4. We will exchange items when we receive your return package and check the items are in good condition.

Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 14 days of purchase) in certain situations,
including, but not limited to:

  • Products showing wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
  • Products marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
  • Instances of abuse of the Silhouette Shaper Return Policy.
